Abstract |
| Holistic cancer treatment verified every modes of healing to increase immunity. A 10 days course of Balavi Natural Medicine treatment for cancer, under supervision of medical doctors, had the following approaches: anti-cancer diet, high dose of vitamin consumption, Thai herbal medicine, acupuncture, qigong training, hydro-therapy, coffee enema, sub-conscious training, meditation etc. This clinical research studied the serum cortisol level in 15 cancer patients before and after 10 days treatment. Blood sample were token at the same time in the morning (7:00 AM). The mean serum cortisol level before treatment was 17.1733 µg. The after one was 14.78 µg. The difference was 2.3933 µg. decreased (95% confidence interval = 0.4608 ug.-4.3259 µg.).By conclusion, the 10 days course of holistic cancer treatment can cause significant reduction of serum cortisol. This may be another objective evidence showing that holistic approach may increase immunity in cancer patients.
